Pricing & Payment Terms
Standard 20-Yard Dumpster Rental Includes:
- •One (1) 20-yard roll-off dumpster
- •Up to 2 tons (4,000 lbs) of materials (household or construction debris)
- •1-week (7-day) rental period
- •Delivery and pickup within the service area
Weight Limits & Overages
1.The standard weight allowance is 2 tons (4,000 lbs) per load. This limit is strictly enforced due to landfill weight restrictions and road safety regulations. All dumpsters are weighed at the landfill upon disposal.
2.Any weight exceeding the 2-ton allowance will be billed at $95 per ton over the limit. Partial tons are rounded up to the nearest ton. For example, if your load weighs 2.3 tons, you will be charged for 1 additional ton ($95). These overage charges are determined at the landfill scale and are non-negotiable.
⚠️ MAXIMUM WEIGHT LIMIT — 8,000 LBS (4 TONS):
The absolute maximum allowed weight for a 20-yard dumpster is 8,000 lbs (4 tons). Under no circumstances may the contents of the dumpster exceed this weight. Loads exceeding 8,000 lbs pose serious safety hazards during transportation and may violate road weight regulations. If your load exceeds 8,000 lbs at the landfill scale, you may be required to remove material before the dumpster can be emptied, and additional fees will apply. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the load does not exceed this maximum.
3.Hurst Earthworks is not responsible for estimating the weight of your materials. It is the customer's responsibility to be mindful of weight when loading the dumpster. Common heavy materials include: concrete, brick, stone, dirt, roofing shingles, and wet debris. If you are unsure whether your load may exceed the weight limit, contact us before loading.
Additional Fees & Surcharges
4.Customer is responsible for any additional fees assessed by the landfill for the disposal of certain items. These items include but are not limited to: tires, appliances, mattresses, electronics, and other specialty waste. Landfill surcharges vary and are passed through to the customer at cost. Hurst Earthworks does not mark up landfill fees.
5.Delivery fees are based on the distance from our base in Blanchester, Ohio to the delivery location. Free delivery is included within the first 15 miles. Beyond 15 miles, mileage-based delivery fees apply as listed on our pricing page. Delivery fees are charged each way (delivery and pickup) unless otherwise specified in your rental agreement.
6.Weekly extensions beyond the initial 7-day rental period are available at $75 per additional week. See the Rental Period & Extensions section for full details on extension policies and auto-charges.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon delivery unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Do not assume payment can be deferred — confirm with Hurst Earthworks before scheduling.
7.Base rental fees and any known additional charges (such as pre-arranged extensions or delivery fees) are due in full at the time of delivery. The driver will collect payment upon arrival. If payment is not received at the time of delivery, Hurst Earthworks reserves the right to refuse delivery and the customer may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
8.Overweight charges and landfill surcharges that are not known at the time of delivery will be invoiced after the dumpster is picked up and weighed at the landfill. These additional charges are due within 14 days of the container pickup date.
9.Any unpaid balance remaining after the 14-day payment window will accrue interest at a rate of 15% per annum, calculated from the date of container pickup until the balance is paid in full. In addition, a minimum $25 late fee will be applied to any past-due account. Interest and late fees will continue to accrue on a monthly basis until the full balance, including all fees and interest, is paid.
10.Hurst Earthworks reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through any legal means available, including but not limited to: collection agencies, small claims court, or civil litigation. The customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, and filing fees.
Accepted Payment Methods
11.We accept the following forms of payment: Cash (at time of delivery), Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or Credit/Debit Card. Credit and debit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee which will be added to the total amount due. This fee is charged by the payment processor and is non-negotiable. See our Payment Methods page for QR codes and payment handles. 12.Checks are not accepted. All payments must be made via one of the methods listed above. If you are unable to pay using any of these methods, contact us before scheduling your rental to discuss alternatives.

Dumpster Use Guidelines
⚠️ IMPORTANT — STRICTLY PROHIBITED ITEMS:
The following items are absolutely prohibited from being placed in the dumpster under any circumstances. Placing prohibited items in the dumpster may result in additional fees, immediate pickup of the dumpster without refund, and/or the customer being held responsible for all cleanup, disposal, and penalty costs.
- •Hazardous materials — Any substances that are toxic, corrosive, flammable, explosive, reactive, or otherwise hazardous to human health or the environment. This includes but is not limited to: chemicals, solvents, pesticides, herbicides, oil, gasoline, diesel fuel, antifreeze, and cleaning agents.
- •Liquids of any kind — Whether contained in sealed containers or not. This includes paint, stains, oils, fuels, and any other liquid substances. Even small amounts of liquid can contaminate an entire load and result in landfill rejection.
- •Drums, cans, and containers — Unless they have been completely emptied, cleaned, and crushed flat. Any container that has held hazardous materials must be properly decontaminated before disposal.
- •Medical waste and biological hazards — Including but not limited to: needles, syringes, sharps, blood-soaked materials, pharmaceuticals, animal carcasses, and any other biohazardous waste.
- •Asbestos — In any form, including insulation, floor tiles, siding, roofing materials, or any other asbestos-containing materials. Asbestos requires specialized disposal and cannot be placed in a standard dumpster.
- •Paint — Wet or liquid paint of any type. Fully dried latex paint cans (with lids removed) may be acceptable — contact us first.
- •Tires — Tires of any size are prohibited due to landfill restrictions.
- •Gas bottles and propane tanks — Including small camping propane cylinders, BBQ tanks, and industrial gas cylinders.
- •Fluorescent tubes, light bulbs, and ballasts — These contain mercury and other hazardous materials requiring specialized disposal.
- •Vehicle batteries — Car, truck, motorcycle, boat, or any lead-acid batteries.
📋 ALLOWED WITH PRIOR AUTHORIZATION ONLY:
The following items may be placed in the dumpster only with advance approval from Hurst Earthworks. You must contact us before placing these items. Failure to obtain prior authorization may result in additional charges or refusal of the load at the landfill.
- •Shingles — Roofing shingles are extremely heavy and may cause the load to exceed weight limits quickly. Must be approved before placement. Additional weight overage charges may apply. Contact us in advance so we can advise on weight expectations.
- •Household appliances (ovens, microwaves, washers, dryers, dishwashers, water heaters, etc.) — Must be approved before placement. Some appliances may incur landfill surcharges which will be passed through to the customer. Contact us in advance.
- •Items containing freon (refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, etc.) — These items are allowed for a $75 disposal fee per unit. The freon must be professionally removed before disposal at the landfill. You must notify us before placing any freon-containing item in the dumpster. Failure to notify us may result in the item being rejected at the landfill and additional fees being charged to the customer.
Loading Rules & Requirements
1.All material must remain within the confines of the dumpster. Nothing may extend above the top edge of the dumpster walls (6 feet high) or hang over the sides. This is a safety and legal requirement for transportation on public roads. If the dumpster is overfilled, Hurst Earthworks may refuse to pick it up until the excess material is removed by the customer. Any delay caused by overfilling is the customer's responsibility and may result in additional rental charges.
2.Weight must be evenly distributed. Every attempt shall be taken to equally disperse the weight of the material within the dumpster. Unevenly loaded dumpsters are dangerous to transport and may shift during transit. Do not pile all heavy materials on one side or one end. If a dumpster is loaded in an unsafe manner, Hurst Earthworks may refuse pickup until the load is redistributed. The customer is responsible for any additional charges resulting from delays caused by improper loading.
3.Do not block the barn-style doors. The rear barn-style doors of the dumpster must remain accessible and operable at all times. Do not place materials against the doors in a way that prevents them from being opened or closed. The doors are designed for easy walk-in loading and are needed for safe loading and unloading operations.
4.No burning. Absolutely no burning of any materials in or near the dumpster. Any evidence of fire or burning in the dumpster will result in the customer being charged for the full cost of any damage to the dumpster, including repair and downtime costs as outlined in the Liability section.
Customer Responsibility for Contents
5.The customer is solely responsible for everything placed in the dumpster. This includes materials placed by the customer, the customer's contractors, employees, family members, neighbors, or any other third party. Once the dumpster is on your property, you are responsible for its contents regardless of who placed the materials inside.
6.If prohibited items are discovered in the dumpster at the landfill, the entire load may be rejected. The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the load, separating the prohibited items, re-disposing of the acceptable materials, and properly disposing of the prohibited items through appropriate channels. These costs can be substantial and will be invoiced to the customer.
7.Customer shall be liable for any loss or damage to the rented dumpster in excess of reasonable wear and tear. This includes damage caused by improper loading, overloading, unauthorized modifications, vandalism, fire, or any other cause. See the Liability & Indemnification section for full details on damage and downtime responsibility.

Access & Ground Conditions
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
The customer is fully responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and suitable for dumpster placement. Hurst Earthworks is not responsible for any damage to surfaces, landscaping, or property caused by dumpster delivery, placement, use, or removal.
Site Access Requirements
1.Customer must provide clear, unobstructed access to and from the delivery site. This means the path from the street to the placement location must be free of vehicles, equipment, debris, low-hanging branches, overhead wires, fences, gates, and any other obstructions that could interfere with the delivery truck and roll-off trailer. The delivery truck requires a minimum clearance of 14 feet in height and 10 feet in width to safely deliver the dumpster.
2.If obstructions are present at the time of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to remove them before the truck arrives. This includes but is not limited to: parked vehicles, trash cans, basketball hoops, mailboxes, planters, fencing, and any temporary structures. If the driver cannot safely access the delivery site due to obstructions, the delivery may be refused or rescheduled, and the customer may be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.
3.The customer must ensure there is adequate space at the placement location for the dumpster itself. Our 20-yard roll-off dumpster measures 14 feet long × 7 feet wide × 6 feet tall and features barn-style rear doors for easy walk-in loading. The delivery truck also needs approximately 60 feet of straight space to safely roll the dumpster off the truck. Please measure your space before scheduling delivery.
4.If the delivery location is on a slope, hill, uneven terrain, or soft ground, the customer must inform Hurst Earthworks at the time of booking. Certain locations may not be suitable for safe dumpster placement. Hurst Earthworks reserves the right to refuse delivery to any location deemed unsafe by the driver. No refund will be issued if the customer failed to disclose site conditions that prevent safe delivery.
Ground & Surface Conditions
Heavy dumpsters WILL damage surfaces. A loaded 20-yard dumpster can weigh several tons. Expect marks, cracks, ruts, or indentations on any surface — including concrete, asphalt, pavers, and grass. Protect your surfaces BEFORE delivery.
5.Customer is responsible for ensuring suitable ground conditions for the delivery, placement, and removal of the dumpster. Hurst Earthworks accepts no responsibility for damage to any surface including but not limited to: driveways, concrete pads, asphalt, pavers, brick, gravel, grass, lawns, landscaping, garden beds, sidewalks, curbs, and soft or saturated ground. The customer should take all necessary steps to protect surfaces before delivery, such as placing plywood sheets, lumber, or rubber mats under the placement area.
6.Delivery and pickup of the dumpster involves a large truck driving onto or near the customer's property. The truck itself may cause tire marks, ruts, or damage to driveways, lawns, and other surfaces — especially in wet or soft conditions. Hurst Earthworks is not responsible for any damage caused by the delivery truck accessing the customer's property. If you are concerned about truck damage, discuss alternative placement options with us before scheduling.
7.During wet weather, rain, or thaw conditions, ground may be soft and particularly susceptible to damage. Hurst Earthworks will make reasonable efforts to minimize impact, but cannot guarantee that surfaces will not be damaged under any conditions. The customer accepts this risk by scheduling delivery.
Dumpster Relocation & Retrieval
8.Do not move the dumpster. The customer shall not move, drag, push, tow, or relocate the dumpster from its delivered position under any circumstances without prior written consent from Hurst Earthworks. Moving a dumpster can cause significant damage to the dumpster itself, the surface beneath it, and surrounding property. Any damage resulting from unauthorized relocation of the dumpster is entirely the customer's financial responsibility, including repair costs and downtime as outlined in the Liability section.
9.Do not attach anything to the dumpster. The customer shall not attach chains, cables, ropes, straps, signs, or any other items to the dumpster. Do not weld, drill, cut, or modify the dumpster in any way. Any modifications or attachments are strictly prohibited and the customer will be responsible for all repair costs.
10.Right of retrieval. Should the customer fail to return the container at the end of the rental period, fail to make payment, or violate any terms of this agreement, Hurst Earthworks maintains the absolute right to enter upon the premises where the container is located — without prior notice and without legal process — and take immediate possession of and remove the dumpster at the customer's expense. The customer agrees to this right of entry as a condition of the rental agreement. All costs associated with retrieval, including mileage, labor, and any additional fees, will be charged to the customer.
11.The customer must ensure the dumpster is accessible for pickup at the scheduled time. If the dumpster is blocked by vehicles, equipment, locked gates, or any other obstruction that prevents pickup, the customer will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee and additional rental days may apply until the dumpster can be retrieved.
📅
Rental Period & Extensions
Standard rental period: 1 week (7 days). Extensions available at $75 per additional week.
Standard Weekly Rental
1.The standard rental period is 1 week (7 calendar days) from the date of delivery. The rental period begins on the calendar day the dumpster is delivered to the customer's location, regardless of the time of delivery. For example, if the dumpster is delivered at 4:00 PM on a Monday, the rental period expires at 11:59 PM the following Monday. There are no prorated daily rates — the minimum rental period is one full week.
2.The customer is expected to have the dumpster loaded and ready for pickup by the end of the 7-day rental period. To schedule pickup, the customer must call or text (937) 402-0531. We recommend scheduling pickup at least 24 hours in advance of when you need the dumpster removed to ensure timely service.
3.Hurst Earthworks will make every reasonable effort to pick up the dumpster within 24–48 business hours of the customer's pickup request, weather and scheduling permitting. Business hours are Monday through Saturday. Pickups are not guaranteed on Sundays or holidays. Delays due to weather, equipment issues, or scheduling conflicts do not entitle the customer to a refund or credit, but no additional rental charges will accrue during Hurst Earthworks-caused delays.
Weekly Extensions
Extensions cost $75 per additional week. You must request an extension BEFORE your current rental period expires. Do not assume the dumpster can stay — always call ahead.
4.Extensions beyond the initial 7-day rental period are available at $75 per additional week. Each extension adds 7 calendar days to the rental period. Extensions must be requested before the current rental period expires by calling or texting (937) 402-0531. Extensions are subject to availability — if the dumpster is needed for another customer, we may not be able to extend your rental.
5.Payment for extensions is due at the time the extension is requested. If payment is not received, the extension will not be granted and the dumpster will be scheduled for pickup at the end of the current rental period.
6.Automatic charges for unreturned dumpsters. If the dumpster is not ready for pickup at the end of the rental period and no extension has been arranged, additional weekly charges of $75 per week will apply automatically without further notice. These charges will continue to accrue for each week (or partial week) the dumpster remains on the customer's property until it is picked up. The customer is responsible for all accrued charges regardless of whether they requested an extension. Failure to pay accrued charges may result in collection action as outlined in the Pricing & Payment Terms section.
7.There is no maximum number of weekly extensions, but each extension must be requested and paid for individually. If you anticipate needing the dumpster for more than 3–4 weeks, consider a monthly contract which may offer better value.
Monthly Contracts
8.Monthly contracts run for 30 consecutive calendar days from the date of delivery. The monthly rate includes one dumpster placement and one dump (pickup, disposal, and return) with a weight allowance of up to 4,000 lbs per dump. Weight overages are billed at $95 per ton over the allowance.
9.Additional dumps during the monthly period are billed at $350 each, which includes pickup, disposal (up to 4,000 lbs), and return of the dumpster. The customer must call to schedule each additional dump.
10.Monthly contracts auto-renew at the end of each 30-day period unless the customer provides notice at least 7 days before the end of the current period. To cancel a monthly contract, call or text (937) 402-0531 at least 7 days before your renewal date. If notice is not provided in time, the contract will renew for another 30 days and the customer will be responsible for the full monthly rate.
Annual Contracts
11.Annual contracts run for 365 consecutive days from the date of delivery. The annual plan includes a monthly base rate of $200/month, due on the same calendar date each month. This base rate covers the dumpster placement on your property for the duration of the contract.
12.Each dump under an annual contract includes a weight allowance of up to 6,000 lbs and is billed at $350 per dump. Annual contracts include free delivery within 30 miles of our base in Blanchester, Ohio. Beyond 30 miles, standard mileage-based delivery fees apply.
13.Early termination of an annual contract requires 30 days written notice and full payment of any outstanding balance, including the current month's base rate and any unpaid dump fees. No refunds will be issued for any prepaid months. Written notice may be sent via text to (937) 402-0531 or email to [email protected]. Right to Pick Up
14.Hurst Earthworks reserves the right to pick up the dumpster at any time, without prior notice, if any rental terms are violated. Violations include but are not limited to: placement of prohibited items in the dumpster, failure to make timely payments, unsafe or improper loading (overfilling, uneven weight distribution), unauthorized relocation of the dumpster, or any other breach of this agreement. No refund will be issued if the dumpster is picked up due to a violation of terms. The customer remains responsible for all charges incurred up to the date of pickup, including any overweight fees, landfill surcharges, and accrued extension charges.
⚖️
Liability & Indemnification
⚠️ IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
The customer is fully responsible and liable for all aspects of the dumpster rental from the moment of delivery until the dumpster is picked up by Hurst Earthworks. By booking a rental, you accept complete responsibility for placement, use, and any resulting damages.
Dumpster Placement — Customer's Responsibility
1.The customer chooses the placement location for the dumpster. Hurst Earthworks delivers the dumpster to the spot designated by the customer. Because the customer selects the placement location, the customer accepts full responsibility for any and all damage that occurs to that location or surrounding areas as a result of dumpster placement, loading, use, or removal.
2.Dumpsters are heavy. A 20-yard roll-off dumpster is a large, heavy piece of equipment. When loaded, it can weigh several tons. The customer acknowledges and understands that a heavy dumpster can and likely will cause damage to surfaces including but not limited to: driveways, concrete, asphalt, pavers, gravel, grass, lawns, landscaping, sidewalks, curbs, and soft ground. Hurst Earthworks is not responsible for any such damage.
3.It is the customer's responsibility to protect any surfaces they do not want damaged before delivery. This includes placing plywood, boards, or other protective materials under the dumpster placement area. If the customer does not take protective measures, they accept full liability for any surface damage.
4.The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the chosen placement location is clear of underground utilities, septic tanks, septic lines, irrigation systems, water lines, gas lines, electrical lines, and any other buried infrastructure. Hurst Earthworks is not liable for damage to any underground systems. The customer should call 811 (Ohio Utilities Protection Service) before scheduling delivery if there is any question about underground utilities.
Permits — Customer's Responsibility
Permits are 100% the customer's responsibility. The customer must research, obtain, and pay for any and all permits required for dumpster placement BEFORE our arrival.
5.If the dumpster is being placed on any public property — including but not limited to streets, roads, right-of-ways, sidewalks, alleys, or easements — the customer is required to check with their local city, township, or county government to determine if a permit is needed. If a permit is required, the customer must obtain the permit before the scheduled delivery date.
6.Hurst Earthworks does not obtain permits on behalf of customers and is not responsible for advising customers on local permit requirements. It is the customer's sole obligation to know and comply with all local regulations regarding dumpster placement.
7.If Hurst Earthworks arrives for delivery and the customer has not obtained a required permit, the delivery may be refused or rescheduled. Any fees associated with a failed delivery due to lack of permits are the customer's responsibility, including the $25 cancellation/rescheduling fee.
8.Any fines, citations, penalties, or towing costs resulting from the customer's failure to obtain proper permits are entirely the customer's responsibility. Hurst Earthworks will not pay, reimburse, or share in any such costs.
Dumpster Damage & Downtime
You are responsible for the dumpster while it is on your property. Any damage to the dumpster caused during the rental period is the customer's financial responsibility.
9.Customer is responsible for all damage to the dumpster that occurs during the rental period, from the moment of delivery until pickup by Hurst Earthworks. This includes but is not limited to: dents, bends, cracks, holes, broken doors, damaged hinges, structural damage, fire damage, and any other physical damage caused by the customer, the customer's agents, contractors, employees, or any third party while the dumpster is in the customer's possession. The customer agrees to pay the full cost of all repairs necessary to restore the dumpster to its pre-rental condition.
10.Customer may be liable for lost revenue due to downtime. If the dumpster is damaged to the extent that it cannot be rented to other customers while repairs are being made, the customer may be held liable for lost rental income during the repair period. Downtime charges will be calculated based on the standard weekly rental rate for each week (or partial week) the dumpster is out of service due to damage caused by the customer. Hurst Earthworks will make reasonable efforts to complete repairs promptly, but the customer remains responsible for downtime costs until the dumpster is fully restored and available for rental.
General Liability
11.Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hurst Earthworks, its owners, employees, agents, and subcontractors from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to the customer's use, misuse, or possession of the rented dumpster.
12.Hurst Earthworks shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the rental, delivery, placement, use, or removal of the dumpster, including but not limited to: property damage, personal injury, loss of use, business interruption, or any other damages of any kind.
13.Customer shall ensure the dumpster area is safe and accessible at all times. Customer is responsible for keeping children, pets, and unauthorized persons away from the dumpster. Hurst Earthworks is not liable for any injuries sustained by any person on or near the dumpster.
14.In the event that prohibited materials are placed in the dumpster, the customer shall be responsible for all costs associated with the identification, removal, transportation, and disposal of such materials, including any fines, penalties, or cleanup costs imposed by any governmental authority.
15.Hurst Earthworks' total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total rental fees paid by the customer for the specific rental period in question.

Cancellation Policy
⚠️ CANCELLATION FEE NOTICE:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before scheduled delivery are subject to a $25 cancellation/rescheduling fee. Once the dumpster has been delivered, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Cancellations Before Delivery
1.More than 24 hours before scheduled delivery: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date and time will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees. No cancellation fee applies. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original payment within 3–5 business days.
2.Less than 24 hours before scheduled delivery: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date and time are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. This fee covers the cost of scheduling, route planning, fuel allocation, and preparation that has already been completed for your delivery. The $25 fee will be deducted from any prepaid amount, and the remainder will be refunded within 3–5 business days. If no prepayment was made, the $25 fee will be invoiced to the customer and is due within 14 days.
3.No-shows and failed deliveries: If the delivery truck arrives at the scheduled location and the customer is not available, the site is not accessible, required permits have not been obtained, or the customer refuses delivery for any reason, this is treated as a late cancellation. The $25 cancellation fee applies, and the delivery will need to be rescheduled. If the customer does not reschedule within 7 days, any prepaid fees (minus the $25 fee) will be refunded.
After Delivery — No Refunds
4.Once the dumpster has been delivered to the customer's location, no refunds will be issued for the base rental fee under any circumstances. This applies regardless of how much of the rental period has been used, whether the dumpster was filled, or whether the customer's project plans changed. The rental fee is earned in full upon delivery.
5.Early pickups do not qualify for partial refunds. If the customer requests pickup before the end of the rental period, the full rental fee remains due. There are no prorated refunds for unused days. For example, if you rent for one week but request pickup after 3 days, you still owe the full weekly rental rate.
6.No refunds for unused weight allowance. If your load weighs less than the included 2-ton (4,000 lb) allowance, no credit or refund is given for the unused weight capacity. The weight allowance is a maximum limit, not a guaranteed usage amount.
Rescheduling
7.Rescheduling more than 24 hours before delivery is free of charge. The customer may reschedule to any available date without penalty. Call or text (937) 402-0531 to reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
8.Rescheduling less than 24 hours before delivery is subject to the $25 rescheduling fee. This is the same fee that applies to late cancellations, as the operational costs are identical. The fee must be paid before the new delivery date is confirmed.
9.Customers may reschedule a maximum of 2 times per booking. After the second reschedule, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and standard cancellation terms will apply. If the customer wishes to proceed, a new booking must be made.
Hurst Earthworks-Caused Delays
10.If Hurst Earthworks is unable to deliver on the scheduled date due to weather conditions, equipment breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our control, the delivery will be rescheduled to the next available date at no additional charge. No cancellation fee applies in this situation. The customer will be notified as soon as possible of any delay.
11.If a Hurst Earthworks-caused delay results in the customer no longer needing the dumpster, the customer may cancel for a full refund with no cancellation fee, regardless of timing.
Contract Cancellations
12.Monthly contract cancellations require at least 7 days notice before the end of the current 30-day period. If notice is not provided in time, the contract auto-renews for another 30 days and the customer is responsible for the full monthly rate. No partial-month refunds are available.
13.Annual contract cancellations require 30 days written notice and full payment of any outstanding balance, including the current month's base rate and any unpaid dump fees or overage charges. No refunds will be issued for any prepaid months. Early termination does not relieve the customer of any outstanding financial obligations. Written notice may be sent via text to (937) 402-0531 or email to [email protected].
